The Wholistic Podcast was born out of the desire of Functional Nutritionist, Jessica Zadeh, which is to bring the honest truth about Health, Medicine & Nutrition to a bigger audience than that of solely the clients in her Functional Nutrition practice.

We all deserve to live in a place of balance, the love the way we look & feel and to have a positive relationship with food! Even more importantly, we all deserve to know everything we possibly can about our bodies, how they function best & what we can do to actually fix & improve illnesses & symptoms.

Jessica Zadeh, MS, CHC, HNC is a Functional Nutritionist who, in her private practice, The Wholistic Method, specializes in Women’s Health - Hormones, Fertility, Prenatal & Postnatal Nutrition, Weight Loss & Inflammatory conditions. Jessica works with women 1:1 virtually but now with The Wholistic Podcast is able to reach even more women who are ready to take their health into their own hands & achieve their body’s ultimate place of symbiosis.
