Apparently lying about having cancer is big business. This week, I waded knee deep into the muck of the internet where people lie about having cancer for money and attention.
It's truly despicable how many they are out there, in this episode I just focussed on a few including Madison Russo and her 'football sized lump' and Belle Gibson, who even had a cookbook and app off the back of her scams.
