*After 144 magical episodes, we decided to change our name to better show that we stand with the trans community. We are unable to change our name within those episodes, but will be using For Fawkes’ Sake starting at episode 145 and going forward! New name, same magical Harry Potter compare and contrast!*

While we love Harry Potter, we do not condone or agree with its creator’s ignorant opinions. We stand with the trans community.

Join Ellen and Keighty as we continue Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, covering Chapter Nineteen (The Servant of Lord Voldemort) and the corresponding film scenes.

We post weekly podcast episodes comparing and contrasting the Harry Potter books to the movies, Potter Ponderings, a weekly trivia question (that can win you a sticker!), Sorting Hat Stories, and other Harry Potter related fun! Please subscribe and join us as we delve into our favorite book series and the films that brought them to life.

Thank you Keighty and Ellen for pointing out all of these differences and annoyances from the movies! Overall I didn't mind the minor changes from the book to the movie in this section but I did really miss the things that were left out. And it was so dumb that Snape was blown backwards by movie Harry's Expeliarmus spell when clearly that wouldn't have happened unless it was all three spells hitting him at once like how it happened in the movie.
