This week's guest is Dr. Brian Ruggeberg. He has had an incredible career in the consulting space and currently is the Managing Partner, Director at Kincentric. He received his Master's in Psychology from Old Dominion University and his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Old Dominion University. We get to talk to Brian about his experience at Kincentric and the advice he has for students pursuing a career in consulting and I/O in general.
