  • This week I got to speak to the lovely Hannah. She told me about her first birth with her son Alexander, which resulted in a c-section under general anesthetic. Because of this she had birth trauma, and she tells us how she dealt with this and managed to be ready for birth again with a second baby. Hannah went for a VBAC and that is exactly what she got. She found the experience of birthing her daughter extremely healing, and it is just beautiful to hear. Cant wait for you all to hear this one!
