Really sorry she had to go through this, but having grown up with a narcissist, many go through such drama snd emotional abuse. So much so m, they’ve suffered PTSD.

I get you feared your mother. Maybe just not enough stories to feel the pain. When I speak of it at age 50+ I still get tears snd break down.

Some are abused emotionally by siblings and it’s allowed. Some told they were useless stupid, unworthy, and the fear of abandonment is real, at any level.

It’s just not the riveting gut wrenching pain I went through, to get to the healing. I’m looking for healing for ptsd traumatic narcissism.
