Great info

Great book, lots of great info I wasn't aware of. It definitely was a plus to hear the actual audio of individuals.

Great context

WW II is so often thought of as its own thing. It's so huge and profound that it's hard not to. But to Americans at the time 1) this wasn't even our war yet and 2) more importantly, there was a great deal of fatigue and disillusionment from WW I. This episode lays out a great foundation for this context.
