new period info for me

i thought this would be more like the men. more info on my body that no one ever taught me. but alas it was only briefly covered. im sure more in the actual book. i did learn a lot about periods in the world, and welcomed the period positive idea, not celebrate the annoyance, but accept its you and natural. still recommend, but i want to know more about this. perhaps did exactly what it was supposed to do? get me looking for more, maybe her book?

Wish there was more

This was a great listen and I wish there was more. Very informative while still being fun. Not an easy topic (which it shouldn’t be so hard to talk about) but it is addressed gracefully. Some comments mentioned they did not like that the 1st episode was with a bunch of men (and I get that thought) but it was nice coming into this conversation hearing for another side that is not often heard from. Also even with the educated male guests, their unknowing brought up a lot of good questions and misconceptions that I am thankful were addressed right off the bat.
