Effective Listening Techniques

Hey Everyone,

Today is a little bit of a shorter episode, time keeps getting away from me in the morning/traffic sucks. Today's topic is one that does not always come naturally especially to us Audhd, ASD, or ADHD folks. But it's helpful to learn what is important in active listening, how to help store memories, and to understand varying communication styles. I also think neurotypicals should be more understanding of neurodivergent communication styles. I hope we can all be a little less quick to judge someone based off of subtle social cues.
