How do you launch a strategic podcast? Read on.
Here are the key areas we covered in this episode:
☑️ Phillip attributes his rich talking points in his podcasts to being a voracious reader of books from such a young age. Growing up without parents, consuming literature saved his life. Meeting mentors in real life and book pages earned him a wealth of life experiences and wisdom.
☑️ Podcasting is a conversational tool. Start a podcast to cultivate a connection that will supplement the content you're already delivering to your audience.
☑️ Consistency is key. If you're starting a podcast to challenge yourself to do something regularly, remember that you do not just show up for yourself -- you show up for the people who need to hear the message that only you can tell.
☑️ Take responsibility for your digital footprint. Make sure that when your ideal client looks you up in the search box, the vision and desire for your brand are seen and felt.
☑️ Start a podcast that fills the void of things and provides a solution to what people need or want, and they couldn't find it elsewhere. Make it yourself. And whenever we can fill that void and do it in a way that nobody else is doing (even if other people are doing it), but you do it in your specific way, then that's when more following comes in.
