Gary & Niamh are discussing topics of a more serious nature today. Unfortunately, Niamh lost her Nana very suddenly. They use this episode to talk about the harsh realities of cancer and how unforgiving it is no matter who you are or where you are from in the world. What they have come to realize from these experiences is that grief is in no way linear as it presents itself so differently for every individual. They really urge every person to really enjoy their life and be in the moment with the people they love and care about because life can be so short for some! Please look after yourself and your loved ones!
