The Muscat name is as synonymous with turf farming in the Hawkesbury as floods. While turf farming on a highly fertile floodplain has its benefits, it's not without its risks. 2020 to 2022 saw devastating floods ravage the Hawkesbury/Windsor area (this was after one of the worst droughts in recent history), and Josh Muscat's farms were right in the middle of it.
