周游千禧年前嫁雞隨雞，由新界大埔移民到瑞典西岸。前半生做廣告創作，來到瑞典之後，全職湊女邊煮飯並兼職傳譯和寫作。出版了3本關於佢係瑞典生活的書：《幸福在最北》、《親愛的給幸福加口甜》及《近乎生活在天堂》。

雖然移居瑞典廿多年，已經慢慢習慣瑞典人的滋油，但心中的香港魂始終不離不棄，唯有繼續磨合、學習，延續幸福生活。
