I know you've heard about all the chaos happening in the world. From the train derailments, the riots in France and Nigeria, etc. We aren’t here to discuss all the ways that the world around us is falling apart. We are here to process and release the emotions coming up at this time. In today's episode, I share with you my perspectives about everything – in hopes that you’ll find and choose the perspectives that best serve you in such a chaotic time. My intention is to inspire you to choose peace and existential trust. All while acknowledging and not falling trap to emotional, spiritual bypassing… Or the mentality that I and I require saving from the happenings of our external reality.
