Angela Maas is a professor in the Cardiology Department at Radboud University Medical Center in the Netherlands.

In this episode Angela takes us back to the beginning of her career, when studying the male anatomy was the norm. She also tells us why we should adopt a gender-sensitive approach to medicine by paying more attention to the differences between men and women’s health. Lastly, Angela shares lessons learned in her long career in the medical field.
