  • How Men Slowly Break Down
    Apr 5 2026

After a four-month break, Paul returns to the Dominate Daily Dad podcast with a raw and honest reflection on the battle he’s been fighting behind the scenes. What looked like consistency on the outside hid a deeper struggle—physically, mentally, and spiritually. From being severely sick and losing his sense of smell to feeling disconnected, undisciplined, and overwhelmed, Paul shares how he hit a breaking point at the end of 2025.

In this episode, he explains that the real war men face isn’t external—it’s internal. You can be providing, working hard, and showing up for your family, yet still be losing the battle in your own mind. He opens up about how small daily compromises—skipping habits, ignoring stress, and disconnecting from faith and family—slowly led to burnout and collapse.

Paul also challenges hustle culture, warning that constant grinding without self-awareness can cost you your health, relationships, and identity. He emphasizes that providing financially isn’t enough—true leadership requires presence, connection, and discipline in every area of life.

Through his recovery, he focused on rebuilding his health, reconnecting with God, and confronting the internal struggles he had been avoiding. His message is clear: breakdowns can lead to breakthroughs—but only if you face the truth and do the work.

This episode is a powerful reminder that darkness doesn’t win—but you have to confront it to find the light. Paul closes with a challenge for every man listening: Where in your life are you avoiding the real battle?

  • The Breakdown is the BREAKTHROUGH
    Dec 2 2025

You’re gonna notice it right away, brother, this episode isn’t recorded in the studio, it isn’t polished, and it sure as hell isn’t comfortable. I hit record out on a freezing twenty degree night, walking under streetlights, out of breath, no script, no plan, just truth. Because sometimes the message can’t wait for perfect conditions. Sometimes the breakdown hits you so damn hard that you have to talk through it in real time.

And that’s where I’ve been. Struggling. Frustrated. Pissed off at myself. Reflecting on the year like a report card I didn’t want to read.

And I know you’ve been there too. Maybe you’re in it right now.

Your marriage feels off, your health is sliding, your money’s tight, your patience is short, your faith feels distant. And like most men, you keep telling yourself you’re “busy,” you’ll fix it later, you’ll sort it out when life calms down.

    Bullshit.

This episode is the line in the sand. The moment you stop justifying, stop numbing, stop pretending everything’s fine while your life smolders around you.

Because the truth is harsh but liberating. Your breakdown is the breakthrough God is trying to hand you.

Every struggle, every setback, every moment you feel like you’re drowning is God stripping away the false identities, the excuses, the comfort, the pride, and calling you back to who He created you to be.

A man of God. A leader in your home. A present father. A disciplined provider. A man who stops running from conflict and starts walking through fire with purpose.

In this episode I take you through: • Why I shut down my coaching group, walked away from something I built for three years, and what God revealed in that decision • How getting sick, getting lazy, and losing consistency exposed my own blind spots • Why comfort is killing modern men • Why you keep repeating the same problems year after year • The real reason your breakthroughs never stick • How God uses breakdowns as demolition before construction • The moment on my cold walk that punched me in the gut and showed me how far I’d drifted • Why men fall apart when they don’t walk with God • The scripture that has carried me through fire for 15 years

And we end with the Weapon of the Word: Isaiah 43:2 A reminder that no matter how bad your storm is, you aren’t going under. God is with you. But you have to be willing to move.

If you’re going through hell, if you’re slipping, drifting, or just flat out pissed at the man you’ve become, this episode is for you. Hit play, brother. It’s time to rebuild.

  • I Refuse To Color Inside Their Lines
    Oct 27 2025

If you are a man who is tired of living small, tired of biting your tongue, tired of shrinking to make others comfortable, then this episode will punch you in the mouth in the best way possible.

Welcome back to the Dominate Daily Dad Podcast. If you're looking for comfort, coddling, or another participation trophy for “trying your best”, click off this video. This is not your safe space.

This episode attacks a lie that most men have swallowed since childhood, the lie that says you must live inside the lines someone else drew for you. That lie has created weak men, weak families, and weak legacies. Today we burn that lie to the ground.

Inside this episode, we break down:

    • Why most men are silently bleeding out inside while pretending everything is fine • The hidden trap of “keeping the peace” and how it destroys your family, health, and legacy • Why people attack you when you grow and what their projections really mean • How to stop conforming and start transforming with biblical truth • A raw story from my days as a firefighter about losing 40 pounds and triggering everyone around me • The Weapon of the Word: Romans 12:2 and how God commands you to stop conforming

If this hits you in the chest, good. It is supposed to.

This is a call to the fathers who were built for more. To the men who know God didn’t design them to be passive, agreeable, quiet, domesticated versions of themselves.

The world does not need more weak, silent, agreeable men. The world needs fathers who are bold enough to stand for truth, lead with conviction, and set a new standard for their homes and their lineage.

CALL TO ACTION FOR THIS WEEK: Identify one area of your life where you've been coloring inside the lines because someone else told you to. Break that line. Speak up. Stand firm. Lead.

If this episode hit home, do not keep it to yourself. Send it to a father who needs a wake up call right now.

Like. Comment. Subscribe. Share. We rise together or we fall asleep together.

Weak men conform. Strong men transform. Stop coloring inside their lines. Grab the pen. Draw your own.
