    For whatever reason, some people seem to be magnets for cryptid encounters and other paranormal phenomena. Tonight’s guest, Jim Powell, is one of those people. In his time, he’s had encounters with paranormal entities, Sasquatch, a Dogman, and even a giant spider, for goodness sake! Considering all of the experiences he’s had with strange and frightening things, I guess it’s a good thing he’s so interested in things that go bump in the night. On tonight’s show, not only is Jim going to be talking about his Dogman encounter with me, we’re gonna talk about some of those other aforementioned experiences as well. I have listened to every single episode. I love Vic. he lets people tell their story in their words. I live 2 miles from the LBL, and have been going there since I was a kid in the 70's. So far I haven't seen The Beast of the LBL yet. Thanks for providing several platforms for people to tell their cryptid stories!

I have been listening to Vic and the guests sharing their stories on DME for years now. I'm hooked -- not just by the incredible nature of the subject matter but also by the depth and authenticity of so many of the guests' lives and encounters.

I've listened to a lot of Dogman stories. The story was well told and detailed. Brian really disappointed me. He was the one to approach the Dogman. It was totally wrong of him to get so close as to agitate this creature. All animals have memory & remeber injury. He could have avoided the need to shoot him. These animals are extraordinary. I'm disgusted by people who do this. He should have left the Dogman alone.

Vic is an amazing interviewer and I love how he starts talking and makes the person comfortable then let’s them tell there story instead of interrupting them a hundred times asking silly questions or talking about how they saw this or that too… I highly recommend this podcast!!! Extremely addictive!!!!
