    Hello everyone, Sohail Mirza and welcome back to another episode of Podcast Discover with Soil Mesa and in today's topic I'll be talking about.How you can visualize your dream and your dream can become a reality. If I tell you that I I always dream of having a good body 6 pack abs and single digit body fat. I used to have this kind of dream when I was 16 years old, but my parents didn't allow me to go to gym but I still have a dream to get that kind of physique.So once I turned 17 or 18 I guess I just took a membership on a Jim.And I believe a few of my friends left that gym after few weeks of gym. But I I put myself into that hard work and I stay consistent throughout that time. And after that time.Pause.And I still remember I used to hit 2.5 KG of tumble, but I never imagined that one day in my life I'll be hitting 40 KGS of dumbbell each hand, OK?So.Even I have failed I have failed miserably on 35 KG of dumbal it fallen onto my face almost, but I didn't. Luckily I didn't got injured. I have. I still have a video, but if I make a YouTube video I will put it on it. But yeah, I do have some failures in my life. Recently I got.Easy done and.I got a heart condition which says.Arterial contraction, like premature atrial contraction. I am just 22 now. I am getting this kind of.Arterial contraction kind of thing, but I hope this thing will be curable through medicines. But I think this is genetics because most of my family members have heart diseases but not this early. So back to the topic. Uh, I still have a dream of having a good body, but now I have emphasized this dream too much to myself that I will be getting more lean and bigger this time.Have a goal of hitting 70 KG of body weight with 10% body fat. This is a realistic goal. I have added to my dream list. So what I will do is if I have this kind of dream what I will do is I will see what I have right now.Do I have a good protein powder and my diet plan working? So basically I made. I do coach people and I do coach myself also, but sometimes I have a mentor and I do ask him for help sometimes so I will be reaching that goal anytime soon and I visualize every time. That yeah, how I will look on 70 KG lean and I'll be hitting good weights.With proper form and maintaining my heart condition which I got this month.And fixing my life. Currently it's upside down due to that thing.But if I tell you that, but I still haven't gave up on my dreams.Because because life is beautiful. For me, living every day enjoying what I do, documenting what I do and leaving a legacy behind for my kids.And for my friends and for whom whomever I inspire, I am leaving this kind of legacy.And back to back in two years ago, like 2020, we almost hit by kovid.So I used to have a lot of To Do List like I want to do this, I want to do that, but due to COVID and restriction.I didn't do that thing, and right now I'm trying to do everything.In my life which I ever dream of and which I want to achieve in my life.So you just need to visualize yourself whatever you want to do in your life. Simply if I want to learn like I'm planning to learn German as well. So what I usually do is I visualize myself that I am learning German.And I'll be taking admissions for German classes soon, so this is how you can make your dream into reality. If you have a dream, just put action on it and stay consistent. Work harder if you.Look at your dream. Clearly, you won't be seeing any obstacles on your way. You will be seeing that obstacle. Just simple problem. You will be finding any solution for it and boom, that problem will be solved and you are on your way for your trip. So I hope you guys like this podcast.     Hello everyone, Sohail Mirza and welcome back to another episode of Podcast Discover with Soil Mirza.And in today's podcast, I'll be talking about our routine. Why routine is important in our life and why humans need a routine.Have you ever noticed that birds wake up by 4:00 AM in the morning? Maybe by five? OK, to be precise.And they go back to home by evening. If you notice them carefully, you will see a routine. They do that thing on a daily basis and they never get tired of what is a routine routine is a subconscious act of behavior which we do to get our things done. For me, waking up early and doing my things in the morning, helping me to get start the day subconsciously.It really helped me to be productive in my day to day basis, so it's it's only happening due to routine. If I am uploading the podcast.And if I'm uploading my reels on Instagram, the project 50 days challenge.So it only possible due to routine and why I emphasize so much about routine. Having a good routine will.Make your productivity 10 times more and you don't need to memorize things. What you need to do. There are some repetitive things which you do on a daily basis and you can implement it through routine.So.Back in when I was in 10th grade, I don't have any kind of routine. I used to follow whatever I find it at that moment and I just follow it at that time, but once I.Once I started my first year of bachelors.Second year of bachelors.I started making a habit of waking up by 4:00 AM in the morning.Nowadays I don't wake up that much early, but back in.2019 to 2020 I used to wake up by 4:00 AM in the morning.In that 4:00 AM window, I used to pray.Then I get ready for my gym and then I hit my workout and then I come back home to my hostel room.And what I will do is I just plan my day throughout the day what I will do to whom I'm giving my time to and at what things I'll be spending my day on. You don't find useful throughout the day I I won't add it in my diary, so most people use do do list on their mobile and all, but I used to follow these things into my diary log. I usually log these things in my diary.On daily basis.So things become more clear what I wanted in my life and I came to see that my visions started to become reality very much easily before my vision used to become reality. But that vision will take ages to become reality. But when I started documenting my life through daily logs, I can see my progress and.I can see that vision becoming my reality.And I hope you can try this routine work and I can highly emphasize you that seriously.     Forgiveness is the new Revenge.

    Hello everyone, this is Sohail Mirza here and welcome back to another episode of Podcast Discover with Soil Mendoza, and in today's episode we'll be talking about why forgiveness is better than taking a revenge ever. Had the thought that you want to take a revenge from someone and at the end of the day you think that it's ******** idea and you don't want a revenge and you don't want to forgive them either?But you still have grudges for them. So what we should do in this kind of situation if I talk to 2017, so almarza, he will be thinking about a revenge. How to **** that person?But now after some maturity and.Some experiences?What I will say is forgiveness is better than taking a revenge.If you take revenge from someone, what will happen is this is a loop and they will be trying to take revenge back and they will avenge you for that. So what I will tell you is it's better to forgive someone and don't forget it. There is a difference between forgetting it and forgiveness. Forgive someone but don't.Forget it, what they have did to you and don't entertain them back in your life. So how to do this? Like if you are in a tough situation to forgive and either to forgive or either to take revenge, how to choose the right one? I've read one code like 1 old Man was saying that if you have a fight with someone, if you are not in a fault and they really hurt you and if you want to give a blow just blow them.Just blow them hard hard. You can OK. Then don't look back if you have a fight.But I don't apply this kind of philosophy in my life, but that old man saying was true.Because there are some fights in your life you need to **** someone literally. **** someone so.What I will tell you, if there is a virtual fight or verbal fight.Do one thing, just forgive them.Don't take any kind of revenge.And try to heal from it and try to acknowledge what happened with between you and the other person. Try to acknowledge it.And try to work on it.That next time onwards, this won't be happening with other person or other person is not doing this with you or can in your life.So.At the end of the day, we are humans and taking revenge is a loop and you will be ended up in that loop forever.If you take revenge, you will start the loop and it won't end. If you forgive someone and you just move on from it and don't forget it.Just forgive them and leave your life.Because if you forgive them, this is beneficial for your mental health, not for them. You are doing this. Think about it, you are doing it for yourself, not for them. You are not doing a favor to them. You are doing a favor to yourself and your future self will thank you for this.     Hello everyone, welcome back to another episode of Podcast Discover with Sohail Mirza and today's topic is how thoughts become things. How our thought process work. When we look at something we think about it so.If we have a vision of attaining some goal in our life, we have a vision and we think about it. So if you think about that thought and.You try to implement whatever things you have right now towards your goal and whatever amount of time you can put into your goals, so your thought can become things in your real life.And I will tell you 2 scenarios. If a person implements thoughts and if a person only things and doesn't implement thoughts. So what we call them you you must be familiar about this kind of person. We call them procrastinators. They only think about something and in their mind they are millionaire billionaire and everything they wanted to be in their life. But what they lack is implementation of their thoughts.So if you think about doing some kind of goal, if you want to reduce some body weight, you have a thought in your mind and you have visualized yourself 10 KG down or £5 down.5 to £20 down or maybe 10G, whatever the weight is, So what you will do is you will just.Try to implement whatever you have right now to reach that goal so you have time with you. You have good food with you, you have good access to Internet, so you can learn from Internet how to reduce fat body fat body weight.And try to learn from it and try to implement that thing and try to visualize yourself with six pack or whatever shape you want to be in your life. Slim Body, beach body, anything. So this is how your thoughts will become things. And if we compare with the procrastinator who only thinks about these things, you can compare it with a 11th grade student who have nothing to do in his life who have just friends and just dreams.But once they get graduated, they regret about things which didn't do in their teens and in their start early 20s. So why this happens? Because they think most of the time they think, but they don't implement what they think about the good ideas and thoughts. So if I compare with these two people with a puppy person with a goal having to reduce body fat and a person.To just to look good in the mirror with the 11 great kit.So you will see that one person implements a lot of things which they have in their life right now and they make good use of it. But if a person have.Any everything more than you and doesn't implement their life, they are just wasting their time towards their goal and they are just procrastinator and try to avoid this kind of person in your life and don't hang out with this kind of person. They will drag you down for sure and how not to be that person. If ever had a thought about it that you want to read three books this month or you want to be good to a person which you love the most you want to.Be good with them. Make good relationship with them. What you will do. You have a thought about it? You just need to implement it. Implement in a small micro manner so that you can. You can reach your goal, your thought and you can see your thought vision into reality. Any time zone. One thing I will tell you, the last thing thoughts is for the kids.And taught with implementation is for the adults.We are adults, some of them are haven't grown up yet, but if you are implementing your thoughts that put yourself in the category of implementing adults and if you are not implementing your thoughts, that means you are still a kid. Discover with Sohail Merza and in today's topic will be talking about how to grab opportunities in your life and how to look for them when you are in your darkest days of your life. If you look at problems there is only solution and if you see solution there is opportunities in it.If I tell you that.Whenever you feel lost, just look into your situation and you will see opportunities in it. For example, you are in a dark room. OK, OK, the dark room doesn't have any kind of access to light, but there are some stones in front of you. If you use your brain, you know how to light a fire. OK, there are some papers around lying around. You know how to light a fire, so this is how you can look for opportunities.In the darkest room, darkest days of your life, and how these darkest days come in our life, it comes due to lack of inspiration, lack of motivation and lack of self discipline. Because of lack of self discipline. What we do is we use our time a lot in doing some **** which we don't have any value to our life. I've seen many of my friends and family members, they waste a lot of time while scrolling talking to each other and.They don't feel like doing something extra in their life so that they can change their position where they are right now and where they want it to be in their life. They just imagine and they expect a lot from themselves. It's good to have expectation if you have expectation you need to make use of these expectations and convert these expectations into actions. If you would regular actions to your work, you will see opportunities and there is only opportunities in every situation.You just need to figure out what you can do to get out of the worst situation and how to make things calm, soothing in that current situation. Once I have realized that there are a lot of opportunities, then looking at problems there are only solution, not problems. If you can fix one problem, another problem arises. Our life is like a cycle of problems and solution problems and solution and opportunity.Are in the center of this problem in solution you need to look for the opportunities and if I tell you one more scenario of mine, I have applied to many Masters College outside India a lot. A lot of them. So 90% of the college rejected me even though I haven't finished my qualifications yet. But I was still trying. I was applying. I was applying, applying here and then I paid some of the admission fee. Some of the.Application fees, but suddenly I applied to a university which most of you guys didn't heard of what I did. I just write them a cold email that I need an admission and I radio. I read it on your website that your portal is not open yet, but you can send your application through email. I applied through their email, they replied me after one month and I wasn't expecting any kind of reply from them and they asked me for an interview.And we had an arrangement. We did the Google meet and after few days they revert back to me and they send me that I got selected.I got selected into that university.So what I will say is you need to look for opportunities in every kind of situation you need to take action. You need to be resilient. You need to be relentless and if you feel like that, yeah, there is no way out from this situation that you are not looking out of the box. You are just looking. You are just looking into your problems, that's it. If you feel like that this problem can't be fixed, that problem won't be fixed anytime soon.If you think like yeah, this problem can be fixed and I'm sure that you will fix that problem anyhow, so I hope you guys like this podcast. Reading self-help book will make you depressed in your life if you don't follow it correctly and reading too much self help book doesn't add any value to your life. So in this topic we will be talking about how many books you should read for self help. If I tell you that you just need three books for your self help, any kind of self help, financial self-help, mental health, self-help, any kind of habit. You just need three books. That's it, so you need to read these three books throughout your career. OK, so you need to read that much. Only if I tell you that I have only three self-help book which I rely on to, and I read them again and again reading extra self-help book is good, but at the end of the day I rely on these three books. One is who says you can't you do by Daniel Chidiac and one more book is 12 rules for life. By Jordan Peterson and for financial Aspect, one book is think and grow rich. You just need three books. I have seen many people read a lot of self-help book but ended up doing nothing. No implementation, no result, nothing. So what I will tell you is you just need these three books not the same which I read. Anyone with any book you like it you think it has value in it and it provides value to your life? So you just need three books and read them consistently and make notes throughout reading those books and try to implement small small chapters, small small paragraphs which the author says in your life and see the result. If you ever feel stuck in your life, revert back to this book and read some chapter which you feel that. It's relevant to your current life scenario, so these self-help book has similar impact in everyone's life. But the meaning of the self-help book remains the same. Every self-help book you will see that there is 3 qualities in it. Consistency, implementation and patient. Every self-help book has this 3 natures in it, so why why? You should need hundreds of self-help book to just to learn these three things in your life. You just need to learn these three things from just three books which you find helpful.
