Our last film for this year's Crummy Movie March is one that took a lot of influence from, and gave a lot of inspiration to, the Terminator franchise. This Indonesian film lifted multiple scenes and ideas from the original James Cameron film "The Terminator", but clearly was the driving force behind pushing that franchise to finally introduce a female antagonist. While possibly the most Terminatory knockoff of all our Terminator knockoffs we explored this month - IMDB.com describes Lady Terminator thusly: "The spirit of an ancient evil queen possesses the body of a young anthropological student, who then goes on a murderous rampage."

There's only one more movie of Crummy Movie March after this week, which is sad, but at least we get to console ourselves with our first talk about a Dolph Lundgren movie - and this one is definitely a Terminator clone (ripoff, whatever). He's gotta take on a partner that's dreaming on, and avoid the flying discs of some alien that comes in peace! That's gonna be messy. IMDB.com describes "I Come in Peace" as: "A renegade cop is forced to work with an FBI agent in order to bring down a group of drug dealers with sinister plans."

The month - the theme is Terminator Knockoffs and this one kind of follows a story about underground rich people and above ground poor people and the police that keep them apart and then one gets turned into a cybernetic thing... or something. Oh, and Bolo Yeung talks and is actually a good guy! IMDB.com describes "TC 2000" as: "Somewhere in an apocalyptic future, where the rich live underground and the poor are left to fend for themselves on the surface by forming gangs, corrupt members of an underground security force plot to destroy the surface."

Crummy movie March rolls on, and if you hadn't heard - we're double themed up this month because we're looking at shitty Terminator knockoffs! Nemesis is only kind of loosely a Terminator knockoff in the respect that it's a bit of a noir, and it has a crappy robot fight at the end. IMDB.com has this to say about the 1992 film Nemesis: "Alex, a burned out LA cyborg cop, is forced by commissioner Farnsworth to find his former cyborg partner and lover Jared who's about to deliver sensitive data to cyborg terrorists who wish to wage war against humans. Is he being played?"
