  • The secret to Manifestation: Using the feel good emotions and the bad ones (151)
    Jun 18 2024
I currently have 9 spots available for my self-paced group program Deep Healing for the Creative Soul. This was previously $2,222 and now you can snag a spot for $888. Don't miss out on this opportunity to heal quickly and efficiently. No more pushing through life feeling unmotivated and uninspired. Break through the chains that keep you tied down. Hello, my friends. I am so excited to get to talk to you today. I didn't think I was going to get an episode in because we have guests at our house and I really have trouble balancing work and family duties when I'm around people that I haven't got to see very often. And I know some of you can relate with that, but we just came back from the zoo and I have a minute and I'm feeling super inspired to share something with you guys. I have been, for some reason, really listening in on manifestation lately. I've been tuning into it. I've been deciphering what feels correct to me and what feels incorrect. And I just wanted to share my overall experiences with you guys. I just going to say flat out, I do not consider myself an expert in this at all. However, I can clearly look through at times in my life where I have been able to manifest things into in my world, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and what I see actually happens. So I know it's possible. And I know there's a lot of mumbo jumbo out there will say a lot of little whispers and static in the airways about this topic. So hey, why not? Let's talk about it. But first, let's go ahead and roll those credits because I have so much to go over with you guys. All right, here we go. Hey, friend, welcome to deep healing for creative entrepreneurs. My name is Aubrey Barr, and I am a subconscious release technique practitioner and photography business owner. I know you are sick of ending your day feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, and you are seeking a solution to help you feel creatively inspired and actively engaged in your business as well as professionalism. In this podcast, we are going to dig into any limiting beliefs or subconscious programs that are keeping you in a space filled with anxiety and stress. This work is not a temporary solution for your life. No, this is a complete transformation. So grab your coffee or tea and let's start you on the road to healing. And let me just say, you can do this. you are worth it, and you are meant to thrive in life and business. So let's dig in. So something that comes up a lot with people who talk about manifesting and people who try to do manifesting, whether you're a student or someone who feels like you're a coach, wherever you're at, there's this idea that the way that you feel is the way that things will be. And I believe it was Neville Goddard who said, assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled and observe the route that your attention follows. Okay. So a lot of people hear this and they think that they are supposed to feel into what that manifestation is like. So they're going to feel what it feels like to have this million dollar home or to have that partner that's just like the best thing that ever happened to you. And I do think there's truth to that, right? There's truth to feeling that deep inside. I talk about it all the time. When I feel into my gratitudes, when I allow myself to move to that higher vibration, I change my day. I absolutely stop maybe a bad day in its tracks and rearrange things and feel into that. I feel first and then the gratitude comes, right? Right. But what gets misconstrued a lot, I think, is that people think that when you are manifesting something and you are feeling into something, then you cannot waver from that feeling. So if I am manifesting this dream spouse, he's just like this incredible person. I know what I want to feel like around him. And I allow that to be my thing. And then you go on a date and you meet someone who you think is going to be the right guy. And it's just like, no, this is not happening whatsoever. And you actually leave feeling crappy. happy, right? You leave feeling unfulfilled and feeling really hopeless about, you know, your future with somebody. That moment, okay, is not going to break you. It's not going to be the end all of your manifestation journey. And I think people get so stuck in feeling like it has to feel good all the time. They have to always hold on to that feeling that they miss out on learning the opportunities. They miss out on learning like this experience has taught me what I do not want. And not only has it done that, but it's pushed me now in such a way that I am so motivated to go the other direction that I cannot even waver from that path now, right? So using your emotions for fuel towards this manifestation is always going to be better. It's always going to allow you to get closer. Does that make sense? I can't tell you how many times I have felt like, okay, I need to make this amount of money and I'm going to manifest it into my life. And I have all these offerings, ...

  • The power of working with the subconscious mind, Curb instant gratification in business (150)
    Jun 13 2024
Hello, my friends. Join us for the next round of Deep Healing for the Creative Soul, use code "presale" for 40% off I hope you are all well and this finds you just happy about life. But if by chance it doesn't, we might be going over something today that's actually going to shift your mindset and shift the way you think about your business and about your personal life. I want to talk to you guys today about instant gratification. And I know everybody already knows what I'm talking about when I say those two words. It is absolutely in our face and in every way in society, everybody wants that instant gratification. They want that Amazon package delivered in two hours, right? Not two days. They want those likes on their post and that viral TikTok or whatever it is you put out in the world. Hey friend, welcome to Deep Healing for Creative Entrepreneurs. My name is Aubrey Barr and I am a subconscious release technique practitioner and photography business owner. I know you are sick of ending your day feeling overwhelmed and exhausted and you are seeking a solution to help you feel creatively inspired and actively engaged in your business as well as personal life. You are worth it and you are meant to thrive in life and business. So let's. Some of you listening today to this episode are wanting to start a business and don't know where to begin. Kudos for you for looking at the mindset behind it because wow, a lot of us didn't realize there was so much to the subconscious when you're starting your own business. For the rest of you who already have a business but are looking at scaling or even shifting into a different realm. Maybe it's mentoring that you've been wanting to do or shifting complete genres, right? Whatever you're doing right now where you know you're kind of stuck at one point and you want to grow past that, that is why you're listening today. I'm going to be straight up honest with you guys, okay? I have paid a lot of money to get coaches on the business side of things that will help me form my business, market my business, put out content for my business. And I'm going to tell you right now, the best coaches and the best programs for me all had a strategy forward approach with a tiny bit of mindset work in the back. Let me explain this to you a little bit, okay? Strategy forward, what I mean by that is that, hey, this is how you start a business. This is how you maintain a business. This is how you talk about it and you share it with people. And these are the points you want to make. And this is how you want to come up with your ideal client and speak to that person. There's all this strategy behind it how many times you should post you know what kinds of questions you want to ask your audience how you want to engage with them all of these are so beneficial and I'm not overlooking them or downgrading them but I promise you your strategy is not as important as your mindset. And part of the reason why this is so essential is that instant gratification. It's that need to see that what we're doing is working. And the critical thing about this is that what you're doing is not going to work if your mindset is still keeping you in that lower vibration, in that lower world, that one where you don't believe you can scale, where you don't really think you are worth people's time, where you don't really think that you can charge that much and still have clients, right? There's a whole mindset behind that. that people who make a lot of money are the ones who have no issue making claims about their work. They do not tittle-tattle, tittle-tattle, I don't know if that's a word. They don't go back and forth in their heads about, should I do this? Should I do that? No, they do it. They go for it. And whoever wants to meet them on their level will buy with them. They will be in their world. They will choose to work with them. Okay. When you are stuck in this place, and I know it's subconscious, so some of you may not even recognize it. Okay. So just allow yourself to think, is this me? You're stuck in a place where you know you need to raise your prices, but you don't want to do it. You've been fighting with it because you honestly believe that those people that have already purchased with you will never come back to you. Okay. OK, and even though the logic is not sound there, OK, because we all know that we're all paying extra for things, we are dealing with inflation right in our face where it's super obvious. In the past, it's been slow and kind of like, oh, that feels like it's a little bit more now. Right now, it's in our face. There's no way to avoid the ...

Creative professionals benefit from support, too.

As someone who works in the arts, whose hobbies are making “the arts”, whose sense of community comes from being creative around other creative folks, and whose go-to tools for navigating tough times tend to involve various forms of creativity, I’m glad to find a podcast which talks so relatably about various aspects of creative work and life. Some aspects of being a creative professional are generating the ability to tolerate (or to bounce back from) uncertainty; becoming familiar with the journey of holding a creative vision internally and taking the many (often invisible) steps to nourish a product or project into fruition; being able to navigate walking a different path than many around us. The creative life is a good life, but it’s also really good to have support.
