We all know that injuries are usually a part of the game for athletes. If you’ve made it through your entire athletic career without an injury, that is pretty awesome and you are probably in the minority. Most athletes have probably had some form of injury ranging from something very minor that they can recover quickly from, all the way to various surgeries that take weeks or months to recover from. For many of us, injuries are a part of our athletic career and story.
