Amazing inside to breathing and meditation
I’m a beginner and this has certainly thought me the different variety of meditations from breathing to visual to setting intentions it’s probably taken me 6 weeks to finish but I now feel I have set a good foundation the last few weeks and months to explore more thanks 🙏 so much I will be going back an see-listening to all of these again. Ceasar voice is also very relaxing 💯 % thanks again

Has helped me very much!
I liked everything. The narrator’s voice for me was very important . The background music and sounds really helped calm down. I have listened to it many times. I wish I could keep it in my library for ever. Great audiobook!

Friendly and easy entry to meditation
I had wanted to make regular meditation part of my day for a while, and thought I’d give this 20-day program a try. It starts quite short and works up to 20 minutes. The mediations are gentle, not filled with talk, and designed to introduce you to a number of ways to breathe, set intentions, and just be at peace. I really enjoyed it and feel I benefited a lot from it. I would certainly recommend it highly to anyone curious about meditation and the calming benefits it brings.

This Is Not Really Meditation
This series, like most of the free meditation stuff on Audible, is narrated by fitness trainers or yoga instructors, not meditation teachers, and it's obvious. They have good intentions, but it's not the way to go. Ceasar here states "Meditation is about intentional thinking." HAHAHAHA! Maaaaaybe. There are MANY types of meditation, and some use intentionality or guided imagery, yes, but mostly meditation is about objectifying your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations and viewing them from the position of the impartial observing Self rather than fusing with them and getting lost in the small-"s" self, the ego, via ego identification. It's about waking up to what you really are, which is the Self. That's God, if you want a shortcut.
Also, if you're trying to fall asleep by meditating, well man, THAT'S NOT MEDITATION. That's a relaxation exercise, which is great! But that's not meditation.
I even had to coin a new term to describe this sort of pseudo-meditation as found here: Sport Meditation. Kind of like Sport Yoga at the gym, which I also call "Gym Yoga." It's not really yoga. Yoga is a SPIRITUAL PRACTICE that is designed to connect you with what you really ARE. Otherwise, it's just a stretching class. And as a pointer: You can do yoga or meditate without being a young, white, slim female wearing yoga clothes. Just sayin'.
