Great for Someone New to Meditation

I think the people giving low ratings might be more experienced at meditating? I've learned so much about different meditation techniques and now I know how to continue meditating on my own. Also, I love Caesar's voice, it's kinda sexy! Granted, he does interrupt at times which can get you off focus, but he also reminds you to relax your body as you concentrate on breathing.

Doing these sessions has helped me feel more energized and less distracted in my everyday life. And, as an added bonus, my BP was down to 102/62 when it's normally ~120/80 (not high, I know, but I was surprised at such low numbers!) Honestly, I've really enjoyed this experience!
