    各位实诚的朋友大家好，

    相隔almost一个月，我们又回来了。非常抱歉。
    其实年前已经录完了这一期，但是之后又发现，录的不是很好，以至于我们又重新录了一遍。
    殊不知，内容居然讲着讲着就激增了，所以这个lie 我们讲分成上下两集来和大家分享。（我知道，即使分了上下两集，第一集还是有1个半小时，所以和我一样没耐心讲话又快的大家，可以用1.5倍速来收听）

    上集里面，我们主要分享了，为什么目标不是用来实现的，着眼点更多的放在职场以及组织的视角里面。
    在下集中，我们会把视角拉回到自身发展上来聊聊好的自我发展的目标可能的样子是怎样的。

    下一集很快就会上传，不会让大家等一个星期。

    父母的议题是比较挑战的问题，尤其对于我们亚洲华人家庭来说。它不仅形成了我们最早处理亲密关系的样子，也形成了我们长期对于自我的期待，对于社会期待的形态。
    因此这一期录得比较挑战，也比较长。
    在这期的节目中，Luna以身试法，拆解了困扰自己很久的这个问题，因此本期节目也比较个人。望各位朋友谅解。
    原本预计在春节之前上传的，实在是太长，剪辑也花了很久时间，所以才拖到现在。
    希望依旧对大家有所启发，期待大家的反馈。
