But not everyone is as excited as about galaxy hopping guests as the mayor, as certain government agencies try to put a stop to Randy's tour guide tomfoolery.

Count Dracula, who lives at the center of the park, has been feeling a little lonely lately, and its up to the rangers to get him to come out of his coffin. If not for the Count's benefit, for everyone else at the park who can't sleep because of his constant crying. Oh, and also Randy's partner is a swamp creature who has a thing or two to learn about polite society.
