In this video, therapist Matthew Phifer breaks down the disturbing case of Dustin Walker, Sheree Walker, and Michelle Justice out of Muscogee, Oklahoma, where an 11-year-old girl gave birth at home without medical care, in a house reportedly without running water for three years. Dustin Walker entered a blind guilty plea to felony sexual abuse of a child and six counts of child neglect, with sentencing set for June 18th and he could spend the rest of his life in prison. Meanwhile, the girl's mother and grandmother are still facing their own felony charges. Matthew also sits down with Temple Law professor and former prosecutor Marian Bracha to break down what a blind plea means, how sentencing works under Oklahoma's 85% rule, and how the remaining cases could play out. Then Matthew gives his behavioral analysis — covering why abusers isolate children from schools and doctors, the psychology behind enabling behavior, and the troubling pattern of blaming another child to protect the perpetrator.Connect With Me:TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@phifermediahq?_t=ZP-90n4J40rjWJ&_r=1Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mattphifercoaching?igsh=MW5weWJmampndmh3NA%3D%3D&utm_source=qrThreads:https://www.threads.com/@mattphifercoaching?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/share/1BS47jva1w/?mibextid=wwXIfrPodcast:Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/criminal-motives/id1493583482Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3TfiV6cmNj6tcyXGsanv0t?si=oyvsQ6UwTwGeZYYacaaOmgVideo Credit: @lawandcrime

According to a probable cause affidavit, the alleged incidents took place in 2021, both inside Fisler's personal vehicle and inside her classroom the very same room where her now-husband proposed to her in 2018. Investigators recovered text messages and nude photographs from the victim's digital devices that prosecutors say confirm the existence of a sexual relationship, despite Fisler's denial of the allegations.
