This week, we start a series on one of the most colorful characters in sports history. A hard drinking brawler, who knew nothing but success in baseball. We start this tale, with Billy's dad, taking off, while he was a baby. We delve into his upbringing, just hanging around his aunt's brothel, or getting into constant fights, but at the same time, discovering baseball as a way to get out of his rough neighborhood, dead jobs that awaited him.
