  • MURDERED CO-ED LOGAN FEDERICO FATHER BERATES LAWMAKERS OVER POLICIES ALLOWING REPEAT OFFENDER SUSPECT TO WALK FREE
    Oct 1 2025

Logan Federico, 22, takes a break from two jobs and classes at South Piedmont Community College in Waxhaw, North Carolina, to spend a weekend visiting friends who attend USC in Columbia, South Carolina.

The aspiring teacher and her friends were returning from a night out just before three a.m. The young men and women quickly disperse to their rooms, planning to sleep late Saturday morning.

Unbeknownst to them, a burglar is on the prowl in the quiet neighborhood, rummaging through nearby homes. Most of the neighborhood is home to USC fraternity brothers, and with frequent late-night house parties and each roommate on a different schedule, doors are seldom locked.

The burglar gains access to the neighboring home no problem—walking right through one of the doors without a sound to alert anyone of his presence.

Just after 11 a.m. Saturday morning, the brothers and their visiting friends are woken with a start—a gunshot just rang out inside their home.

The panicked young men and women gather in the living room, but Logan hasn’t come out of the guest room. Her friends burst through the door to check on her and find Logan unconscious, lying in a pool of blood. It appears her belongings have been ransacked.

Now, Logan's father, Stephen, lashed out at lawmakers during a congressional hearing in Charlotte, North Carolina. He ripped at lawmakers for policies which ensured the suspect was back on the street despite a lengthy criminal record, 39 arrests with 25 felony charges. Listen to his powerful words.

  • RAGING MOTHER-IN-LAW ORDERS HIT ON LAW PROF SON-IN-LAW TO WALK FREE BC "JUROR MISCONDUCT?"
    Oct 1 2025

After nearly three weeks of testimony, a jury takes just three hours to find 75-year-old Donna Adelson guilty of all three charges levied against her. Adelson is convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to commit murder, and first-degree murder in the hit on her former son-in-law Dan Markel.

Now, Adelson has filed a motion for a new trial, claiming multiple instances of jury misconduct, bias from the Judge, and a lack of evidence to support the verdict. The 18-page motion comes just two weeks after Adelson’s conviction and includes a request to interview two of the jurors who decided her fate.

Adelson accuses the jury foreperson, juror number seven, of failing to follow the judge’s instructions on speaking about the case. Adelson claims Jacey Maxen Walker posted a Tik Tok about her selection to the jury on the third day of trial, then deleted the post. Adelson writes that Maxen Walker then went viral for her posts discussing details of the case immediately after the verdict.

I enjoy listening to her podcasts at the comfort of my own home! she should really take a look into the disapperance jennifer caridad here in Sunnyside, WA in 2021, and what the laws now here in WA state has even prevented DNA testing of blood found in her car and how little coverage because of gabby petito missing during this time.

love listening to this!

Why, Nancy Grace, do have to be so rude, abrupt, insulting, condescending, and disrespectful, Nancy Grace, to your guests? Nancy Grace, you lost me 24 minutes in when you started berating Morgan for using terms that you feel a jury would not understand. I'm sure he felt that he was talking with an experienced trial attorney that should know basic industry standard terms. I don't know if you are being more insulting to your guests or your listeners. I have been a long time fan but when you interact with people, a serious lack of people skills is showing. Probably not going to listen to anymore episodes. Just can't stand listening to the way you treat people.

Nancy Grace tops the rudeness scale in this one.
