    After Boston police officer John O’Keefe was found dead on a front lawn in January 2022, his girlfriend, Karen Read, was arrested. At her 2024 trial, prosecutors accused Karen of hitting John with her car and then leaving him to die in the cold. The defense, however, told the jury that Karen was framed and that there was a massive cover-up.

Favorite show!

I really enjoy this show. Unlike so many others, Jillian actually makes sure that there aren't any "videos" that we can't see (like 48 hours pod ase, for example). She stays true to this being a podcast. Love the narration. Keep going, Jillian and thank you!

This is one to binge

Court Junkie gives you a deep dive into court cases from an unbiased perspective. I enjoy being able to hear clips from the actual trials. I really love how it's focused on the cases, there's only one speaker and not a ton of "side-talking" like some other podcasts I've listened through.
