Cottonwood Prepares Intersection for Asphalt Paving

The City of Cottonwood and their contractor will be performing preparation work ahead of asphalt paving in the Mingus Avenue/Main Street intersection on the nights of Monday, January 5 and Tuesday, January 6. This work is being done in advance of asphalt paving operations, which are scheduled to begin on Friday, January 9. The intersection of Mingus Avenue/Main Street will be intermittently closed to eastbound/westbound traffic during nighttime hours (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.). Northbound/southbound traffic along Main Street will be maintained, however, access to Mingus Avenue from Main Street will be restricted at times. Business access will remain open...
