Greg Lingo, President of Cornell Ventures and Rockwell Development Group, joins The Bad Rhino Local Podcast.

In this episode, Greg tells the story of how he started his own business in 2007 after getting fired from his previous position at a home building company. Today, Greg and his team are working on a variety of projects, including beachfront condominium projects in Avalon, NJ and building a second location for Artillery Brewing in Drexel Hill, PA. He also speaks about Last Call, a movie that he wrote and produced about a real estate developer who returns to the blue-collar Philadelphia neighborhood of his youth to save his family’s bar.
