  • 150 | Give Yourself a Pat on the Back: Empower Your Business with Confidence
    Nov 26 2025

    Hey friend!

If you’ve been hard on yourself lately or brushing past the things God has helped you accomplish, this episode is going to feel like a deep breath. Today we’re talking about something most women—especially Christian business owners—struggle with: giving yourself a simple pat on the back.

Inside this conversation, I walk you through why we tend to judge our efforts so harshly, how the stories we tell ourselves keep us stuck, and what it actually looks like to acknowledge your own growth with gratitude instead of guilt. You’ll hear a practical example from one of my clients who was hiding her gifts out of fear, and why celebrating even the smallest step forward is an act of courage and stewardship.

Now, this is important: you’re going to be reminded that the confidence you’re looking for doesn’t come from approval, applause, or someone else validating you. It comes from partnering with God. He’s not asking you to be perfect—He’s asking you to be faithful. And sometimes faithfulness looks like pausing to say, “Thank You, Lord, for helping me show up today,” rather than immediately listing all the things you think you should’ve done better.

My hope is that you walk away from this episode feeling seen, encouraged, and more grounded in who God created you to be. If you’re juggling a lot… if you’ve taken even one step forward this week… if you’ve done the hard thing even while afraid—give yourself a pat on the back. You deserve it. And it matters.

If this episode speaks to you, share it with a friend who needs the reminder too. Your support helps this message reach more Christian women building businesses with purpose. And if you’d like to work together on your content systems or done-for-you repurposing, you’ll find everything you need below. I appreciate you, and I pray this blesses the exact heart that needed to hear it today.

    Hey friend!

If cold pitching feels awkward, salesy, or just plain scary… you’re not alone. But what if you could pitch yourself with confidence and connection—and actually land the right opportunities?

In this episode, I’m joined by visibility strategist and cold-pitch expert Lana Pummill, a single mom of four who built a thriving business by sending one honest, heartfelt email. She shares how to approach cold pitching with authenticity, strategy, and purpose—without relying on social media or huge audiences.

You’ll hear how Lana went from food bank visits to client waitlists, why her first pitch changed everything, and the simple system she teaches for reaching out to podcasts, collaborators, or dream clients.

    What’s Inside This Episode:
    • Lana’s powerful story of building her business as a single mom
    • A real look at how one email created a full-circle moment
    • Why “cold” pitching doesn’t have to feel cold—or spammy
    • A simple pitch routine you can implement in under 45 minutes a week
    • Encouragement to hit send, even when fear tries to stop you

If you've ever felt invisible in a crowded online space, this episode will show you a better way to get seen—and remind you that visibility isn’t about shouting louder, it’s about connecting deeper. Cold pitching doesn’t have to be scary when it starts from service.

Turning Content into Clients: An Organic Content Blueprint for November

    Hey friend!

If there’s one episode to queue up before November hits, it’s this one. You’re showing up—recording episodes, posting reels, sharing carousels—but if that effort isn’t pointing people back to your offer, it’s exhausting. In today’s conversation, I walk you through a simple, faith-led Organic Content Blueprint you can use right away: pick one core offer, map a clear weekly message rhythm (Awareness → Authority → Engagement → Conversion), repurpose one long piece into many, and stick with one obvious next step. It’s funny—once your message has direction, your content starts working for you instead of asking more from you.

This is for the faith-led coach who’s juggling client work, family life, and the holidays creeping up—someone who wants to finish the year strong without living online. If you’re tired of scattered posts and want your podcast to quietly funnel the right people into your world, this will feel like a breath of fresh air.

Now, this is important: November is a bridge month. Instead of overcommitting to endless promos or disappearing because you’re spent, use this blueprint to keep your message steady and aligned. You’ll know exactly what to say each week, how to repurpose it into a blog, 3–5 social posts, and an email, and how to guide your audience with one simple CTA. Less noise. More clarity. Real traction.

I pray this blesses you and helps you show up with focus and faith—trusting God to multiply what you plant.

Overcoming Limiting Beliefs: Shifting from Fear to Faith

    Hey friend!

If you’ve ever felt like you were right on the edge of a breakthrough—but the doubts in your head got louder than your faith—this episode is for you.

You know those thoughts: “I’m not consistent enough. I’m not strategic. I don’t have time. I’m not enough.” They’re sneaky, familiar, and often show up right before you step into your next level of growth.

In today’s conversation, I’m sharing how to confront those limiting beliefs through faith, truth, and small steps of obedience. I’ll walk you through three practical shifts to help you stop shrinking back in fear and start showing up in confidence—because the work you’ve been called to do matters.

You’ll hear how fasting and prayer revealed to me just how often fear tries to distract us right before our breakthrough, and how God gently reminded me that He has already equipped us for what’s ahead.

If you’ve been feeling resistance lately, maybe even questioning your consistency or your capacity, this episode will help you realign with truth and remember that God multiplies your time and strengthens your heart when your work aligns with His plan.

I pray this blesses you and encourages you to show up boldly for the people God’s called you to serve.

  • 144 | Dream Week Refresh: Realign Your Calendar Before the Holidays
    Oct 15 2025

Intentional Planning for a Peaceful and Productive Final Quarter

    Hey friend!

If you’ve ever felt like October sneaks up on you—one minute you’re easing back into your routine after summer, and suddenly everyone’s talking about holiday sales, Q4 goals, and end-of-year launches—this one’s for you.

In today’s episode, I’m walking you through a Dream Week Refresh to help you realign your schedule before the holiday season hits full speed. Because you don’t have to sprint to the finish line or feel like you’re falling behind. You can finish the year with peace, purpose, and a plan that actually fits your life.

    We’ll talk about how to:

    • Look back at what worked (and what didn’t) in September
    • Block out the things that matter most—family time, client work, and rest
    • Choose between a full end-of-year sales plan or a simple flash sale
    • Set up a content plan that keeps your marketing consistent, even when you’re offline

October is the pivot point for your whole year. What you plan now determines how you finish it. And when you take time to look ahead and steward your schedule well, you make space for both growth and grace.

If you’ve been feeling stretched between client sessions, family commitments, and trying to show up online—this episode will help you slow down, realign your priorities, and build a simple system that supports you through the holidays.

I pray this conversation helps you breathe easier and reminds you that God isn’t asking you to hustle your way through Q4—He’s inviting you to steward what you already have.

Grab your coffee, open your calendar, and let’s refresh your Dream Week together.

    I pray this blesses you,

    Michele
