Girls! I am so excited to be talking about this today! I wish I had all of the knowledge in the world about this topic, but I still wanted to share the little bit of research I've done about a habit that is helping me tremendously. I also feel comfortable sharing this because I hold space for the young woman who is curious and still learning about her body. In this episode, I will be sharing my first-period story, along with the phases of the menstrual cycle and a few tips for each. I hope you all like this one. And maybe one day, we will have a professional lead us through an educational conversation. Thank you <3
