Collaboration Over Competition 🤝 • With the endless number of people who use social media, and accessibility/communication increasing so vastly in our society, 

Why is it that many people in similar niches/industries look at each other solely as competition rather than a community?

Leadership is a Team Sport. If you want to be a leader in your field, you must have the skills and the mentality to work well with others and to be a constant Student of the game. 

Often times many of us limit the potential of growth we can have simply because of our mindset.

I wanted to take deep dive into the concept of building a community rather than competing with what many see as “Opposition”
