Chuck Damon

Chuck Damon is a DJ, producer, & is about to complete a Masters degree at the University of Miami. We talk about his journey in all three of these lanes & we delve into his state of mind since quarantine. We also got to talk about how this affected & in the end improved his training & now he's putting up record numbers in his workouts. It was great to talk to Chuck on these matters & I can't wait to have him back on in the future!
