On today's show I got the opportunity to sit with Dr. Tamarah Davis, a dean at a Charter school in Boston. We got to sit down and talk a bit about her dissertation about Teacher Self Care, you can find a link to her paper below. We spoke more about her time at Hampton University, the rise in education expectations being a first generation in her family to attend college.
