"I'm a mindset guy," I often tell people when describing the content of the podcast. During a "Chats with Clark" episode, you will engage a conversation about mindsets and ideas that actually matter in the world. At the end of each episode, I hope that all of us are better than we were before thinking about the topics of that day.

My underlying theme is gratitude. "If you want to be happier, live more gratefully," I contend. Take a listen and find out why "Chats with Clark" will enrich your mind and your soul throughout each episode; the only regret will be not having done so sooner.

  • S5 Ep62: Bridget Linton: Cleveland Browns Field Host; Cross Country Mortgage Emcee; Irish Dancer; Miss Ohio
    Dec 10 2025
Episode 62 of Chats with Clark welcomes someone who is typically on the opposite end of the microphone, the one who brings the energy and furthers the conversation: the Cleveland Browns on-field host and catalyst of the game day experience, Bridget Linton.

An Akron, OH native, Bridget grew up as the center of attention. She has been an Irish dancer for as long as she can remember, and she emerged in the pageant world, leading to her recognition as Miss Ohio. Consistently, Bridget loved injecting energy into situations and making people smile.

Thus, as she developed in her career, she shifted into an emcee role, from ESPN Cleveland to the Cleveland Browns and also CrossCountry Mortgage. Bridget is a staple face among Cleveland, as someone who is tangibly authentic to who she is. Bridget shares stories of when she will be walking downtown and be called by name, followed with a "Go Browns"!

Stories of this type of energy summarizes Bridget: honest, wholesome, thorough, consistent, and infectious. Her ability to capture a room is apparent.

Allow episode 62 of Chats with Clark with Bridget Linton to capture you, as you hear shares of her experiences, from working with players to staying committed to local Cleveland versus a larger scale market. You'll be thinking about this episode time and time again after watching it.

  • S5 Ep61: Cam Trudell: NACDA Vice President; "Raising Role Models"; Lessons from Football; Influences of NIL
    Dec 4 2025
In episode 61 of "Chats with Clark," Cam Trudell joins the show to share his aspirations of "raising role models," a phrase that guides his life as the vice president of NACDA (National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics), an inductee to the Walsh University Hall of Fame for his play as a linebacker, and especially as a devoted husband and father of three.

Trudell notes that one would be remiss to mention his name without noting that he is a proud dad, noting the influence of his own parents. Cam shares stories of the way that his mom and dad were always present in the lives of his siblings and him and how he aspires to be (and is) vitally present in the lives of his children.

Professionally, Cam embodies being a role model, as he has leveled up through various roles, allowing him to emerge as the NACDA Vice President. Thankful to many of his own role models, individuals throughout his life have influenced him to keep growing and developing into the dominant force that he is within the world of sports and beyond.

Tune in to episode 61 to hear stories of family first, the role of NIL deals, where college sports are heading (and declining), and elements of great grit and ingenuity!

  • S5 Ep60: Aidan Meany: Found Surface; Transforming Ideas into Sustainable & American-Made Apparel; The Long Game
    Nov 10 2025
In episode 60, Aidan Meany, creator of "Found Surface" in Cleveland, Ohio, dives into the mindsets that propelled his vision of turning fabrics and ideas into sustainable, American-Made apparel. A member of the Forbes Cleveland 30 Under 30 List, longly attracted to fashion, Meany offers stories that show his perseverance and commitment to making a lasting impact on a deeply-rooted industry.

Throughout his journey, Meany and Found Surface have remained committed to working on the long game, recognizing that progress takes time and is often incremental, as opposed to massive surges. Some of the projects that have catapulted the notoriety in the industry have included works with the Cleveland Cavaliers, The Cleveland Museum of Art, and Cent's Pizza. The day-to-day tasks are pivotal to shoot for the moon.

To keep growing and remain grounded, Meany practices gratitude in his daily life. "Changing the fashion industry is going to be extremely difficult," Meany tells his new hires, and he notes that projects take grit. One of the tactics that his team uses to show their influence is to allow companies to see the project each step of the way, as opposed to merely the finished product. This transparency and integrally believing in each step speaks volumes and sets Found Surface apart.

Tune in to episode 60 to hear the wisdom, stories, and mindsets of Aidan Meany, a young entrepreneur and creator of Found Surface, who is shaping the landscape for future apparel companies and challenging the present ones to be both sustainable and American-Made.
