Tristan Kilgallon is the man behind @ABeerADayWithTK . Though he resides in suburban Ohio, he originally hails from Philadelphia (as you can no doubt tell by his love for the Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, etc.). He's the second BeerTuber I've met that has a mancave shed in their backyard just for beer reviews. Tristan has traveled a lot and has an appreciation for the lesser-known European beer styles. We discuss all that and more in this podcast.

You might know Marcus Guiliano for his now widely-popular YouTube channel where he talks about being a restaurateur, healthy eating and healthy lifestyles. I knew him well over a decade ago when he was just getting started as a health influencer. Marcus owns Aroma Thyme Bistro in Ellenville, New York (just north of the city), where Kevin Burns once bartended. I met Marcus through Kevin and actually shot a few episodes of my show at his restaurant. We conducted this podcast, and a review of Dogfish Head Pangaea in his office upstairs on July 26, 2010

If you watched this channel during the early days you might remember my occasional co-host Kevin Burns of "The Foaming Head." I cannot remember how we met, but we were both beer bloggers in Albany. Kevin's blog was dedicated to covering New York State beer. He was one of the most enthusiastic beer lovers I knew. We lost touch a few years ago, but I'd love to catch up and do a long overdue collab review again.
