Better known as "actions speak louder than words" I wasn't born in this country and im, not a hunter or an athlete. Im just an immigrant college dropout tourn into a carpenter owner-operator trying to honor the opportunity of being integrated into the culture and economy of this great country. Cam shows me that a full-time job and a sad background history are not excuses to not chase a better life, morning workouts and afternoon training can be possible if you are committed and stay focused, this podcast change my perception and my beliefs. Now I know that even the greatest are in pain they just don't let it get in the way, I made a chisel out of my crutches. This podcast will give you access to the backstage of the greatest achievers and allow you to listen to their process and see their most human side and at the same time show you that there is a whole lot more to life than just existing.

I’ve long been a fan of Cam, but even if you haven’t listened to or read his stuff before, now is a great time to start. The mix of his Run. Lift. Shoot. prior to recording an episode allows the conversation between Cam and his guests to flow because they already have that together. The podcast has been great to listen to during commutes, work or cardio. It is a fantastic blend of fitness, storytelling and Faith that few podcasts bring together in such a coherent and natural way. Looking forward to many more episodes, give it a listen so he keeps it coming and Keep Hammering.
