Not really helpful.

I really wanted to like it. We badly need some more educational material for first responder family's. instead of strategy to navigate the hardships of first responder life. You get two spouses just talking about their personal gripes. I listened to probably half of all their episodes. The try to stay objective, however it is very one dimensional.
