In this episode, I’m walking you through what it really means to decide to believe in yourself first and use your actions as reinforcement instead of proof. This subtle shift is powerful. Because if you're always chasing validation through outcomes or performance, you'll constantly feel like you're not enough... like you're faking it.
We’ve been told that if we act long enough, we’ll start to believe. But what if that belief came first? What if the moment you said “I trust myself” was actually the foundation, and everything else was just follow-through?
I share how this shift applies to fitness, weight loss, and any other part of life where you’re trying to build consistency and trust.
