    Jen is a certified doctor of physical therapy with advanced training and certification in pelvic floor rehabilitation and obstetric physical therapy. With over 16 years of being a physical therapist, her passion for pelvic floor therapy fits perfectly to help pregnant-postpartum and pelvic floor dysfunction clients.

    Jen's personal experience of labor made her realize the importance of pregnancy and postpartum care. She felt there must be more, like her, who need education and assistance. She's now on a mission to help as many people as she can overcome this phase.
