After finishing 80th at last year’s NCAA XC Championships, Michigan State’s Riley Hough has come back stronger than ever. This fall, he has already led the Spartans to a strong start as they chase redemption in their attempt to reach the national meet.

Vera Sjoberg just had a huge breakout year on the track while wrapping up her time with Boston University! The Swedish distance star ran 4:28 in the mile and 15:27 for 5000 meters, earning All-American honors in both events (silver in the latter).
