Is this the greatest arc of Clone Wars up to this point? Very close to it, at least in contention with the Umbara arc. Let's jump in and chat about Maul just in time for the release of Shadow Lord next week (and also just in time for baby Mercules to get here, so it might be a bit before we release another new episode)!

Is this our least favorite Clone Wars arc ever? It just might be, which is weird considering it is apparently George Lucas's favorite! With the first two episodes starting off so deep in the droid hole, the last two episodes which shift the focus to an MIA Clone Commando and a mysterious kamikaze Venator can't quite make up the difference. Let's jump over to Abafar and figure out what it is that is going on in this so called "Void"!

Back again to finish off the rest of the Young Jedi arc, and there remains a lot of unanswered questions going into it. Is Hondo truly evil? Will General Grievous ever get a signature win? Why is there a traveling troupe of circus performers on Florrum? Some of these questions and more, answered on this week's Beneath Twin Suns! Let's jump in!

Generally speaking I like to enjoy Star Wars. It is a fun universe, I love it, but I don't take it that seriously (I mean I don't get mad about it, I do SERIOUSLY love Star Wars). For me, my Star Wars fandom is about enjoying the magic of an expansive lived-in space-fantasy setting with space wizards, brave knights, evil villains, princesses, dashing rogues, and a complex mythology (a lot like Lord of the Rings, but IN SPACE!). Beneath Twin Suns is the only podcast I know of that approaches Star Wars from that perspective.

I am a long time Star Wars fan, but I struggle with a lot of the online Star Wars commentary because I want serious in-depth nerdy discussion of the franchise, but I also want a bias toward actually liking Star Wars. Most of the online commentary I see these days is far too negative, Beneath Twin Suns can certainly be critical at times, but the criticisms are aimed at the stories themselves, not some larger politics of grievance. The hosts are both big fans who _LIKE TO ENJOY_ Star Wars. It is refreshing, and pleasant to listen to them go on about an IP I love.

This is my favorite Star Wars Podcast
