BFT Interview: Scott Hanson

The Seattle Times' Scott Hanson joins the program to discuss the rowing team at the University of Washington. Hanson compares the rowing team to the track and field program at the University of Oregon. Hanson says that the coaches are nervous right now that the rowing team is going to lose funding, as they have been told that their rosters are going to be cut on both the men's and women's sides. Hanson says that the women's team is only going to get 20 scholarships while the University of Texas is going to have 68 scholarships. Hanson also talks about the Seattle Mariners and talks about the frustrations Mariners fans are enduring.
