From a local

Having been 7 years old when the murders occurred I grew up during the continued investigations and trial. My very first knowledge of the evil that exists in the human condition gave me an education in fear of mankind. This series captures the feeling of this 1970 West Virginia town and area that I had not thought of or felt in years. The music by area musicians is instrumental in accomplishing this.

By far the best true crime series I have listened to

I love this podcast . The story , the interviews , the background information and the the secret star of the show.., the music, comes together to recreate a time and place in a way no other podcast does . I fall into the world of this podcast and my boring tasks fly by while listening . I am grateful to the creators for this amazing work .
