Raised on a horse farm in Ohio, Mindy spent her early years training and riding Western pleasure and barrel horses, developing the discipline, grit, and authenticity that continue to define her entrepreneurial journey.

After beginning her career in finance, Mindy relocated to Las Vegas, where she later launched her first business as a social media and content manager, helping independent businesses and franchises grow their presence and profitability. In 2022, she acquired territorial rights to BONDED Jewelry in Las Vegas and the Pebble Beach area. Her vision and leadership led her to purchase the national franchise, expanding BONDED into multiple cities across the country. In 2025, she further expanded her creative footprint by founding Hamilton Hats and Hamilton Hat Lounge.

Today, Mindy’s brands operate both from their signature speakeasy studio in Las Vegas and their coastal cowgirl studio in Carmel-by-the-Sea, as well as through a traveling team delivering luxury event activations nationwide.
