Anesthesia-Patient Connection

We are thrilled to welcome our guests today, Dr. Zain Hasan and Dr. Patrick Giguere.

Dr. Zain is a board-certified trauma anesthesiologist who has been an attending for the last seven years with a career that has spanned New York, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and now California. Joining him in this conversation is Dr. Patrick Giguere, a 4th-year anesthesiologist resident at Northwestern here in Chicago, who studied at Boston University, attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, and will be completing a critical care medicine fellowship at Northwestern next year. They'll be sharing their experience through residency and into practicing as well as sharing their experience with trauma fellowships and why connecting to the patient and establishing trust is the root of their care.
