Big subject in digestible bites!
The host's knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject is beyond question. Not the most dynamic of hosts/presenters, but that's quite OK because he's thorough while remaining concise. Not everyone can pull that off. A good podcast for those who want a more thorough introduction to the topic of the American Revolution rather than just the bare bones, often over-simplified, outlines that are usually offered up.

Anyone interested in a comprehensive and thorough story through the entire American Revolution, look no further.
Michael has done a phenomenal job with this entire podcast and I’ve learned so much since I started listening in, thank you Michael, great job!

A thorough work of passion
I love this podcast. It is thorough, has brief episodes, has no/minimal commercialism, is well researched, comprehensive, and well done. It answers all the questions I have always wondered about the American Revolution through its unbiased and thoughtful retelling of events. It covers all aspects of the Revolution including politics, battles, and economics. For someone who wants a thorough understanding of this period in America without having to do the academic research themselves, this is literally perfect. It is a work of passion for the author/Podcaster and it shows in its quality.

informative and educational
Even my 10 and 12 year old ask to listen to this podcast its so well done and interesting. But as a history buff myself I'm still blown away by the depth of research and information. This Podcast is by far my favorite!

Great look back on the US
I found this totally by accident, but can’t stop. He does a great professional job, and keeps it entertaining. He also recommends book about the episodes topic in case you want to dig deeper.
