The guest of this episode was Alessandra Colla. Alessandra Colla is a PhD student at University of Freiburg who works on the field of Quantum Thermodynamics. In this episode we discuss some of the basics of thermodynamics, its laws and implications, until arriving to the main subject of Quantum Thermodynamics. Here we talked about how thermodynamics and quantum physics mix, a general overview of the field, the challenges as well as the prospects of the field.
